About The Position

Hensley Beverage Company is a multi-generational, family-owned Arizona beverage wholesaler distributing a diverse portfolio of beverages, including Anheuser-Busch InBev beers, local and craft beers, premium non-alcohol beverages, and a wide selection of fine wines and spirits. The Sales Rep, Combo is responsible for the sale, distribution, and retail execution of Hensley’s full beverage portfolio. This role drives volume growth by managing assigned accounts, building relationships, and ensuring strong in-store execution throughout the Flagstaff territory.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally
Valid Driver’s License required
Reliable transportation required (vehicle allowance provided)
Cell phone with data capability required (cell phone allowance provided)
Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

Previous beverage industry or sales experience preferred, not required

Responsibilities

Plan and organize daily sales routes and account visits
Meet with account managers/buyers to review orders and identify sales opportunities
Evaluate in-store product placement, freshness, and code dates
Rotate product, stock shelves, maintain pricing, and execute displays and POS materials
Take inventory and prepare orders for customer review
Secure displays, shelf space, and promotional placements using strong selling skills
Submit orders and updates through handheld device by required deadlines
Communicate regularly with managers regarding account activity and opportunities
Maintain consistent communication with accounts, including occasional weekends and evenings
