Requirements

2+ years of healthcare, home care, hospice, or senior services sales experience preferred.
Proven track record in business development, referral generation, and relationship management.
Strong communication, networking, and closing skills.
Self-starter with a competitive mindset and ability to work independently.

Meet or exceed monthly referral and admission targets.
Increase active referral sources and referral conversion rates.
Maintain consistent sales activity, follow-up, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new referral sources including hospitals, physician offices, rehab facilities, senior living communities, case managers, and discharge planners, and more.
Pre-qualify referral opportunities and focus efforts on high-conversion accounts.
Conduct regular face-to-face sales calls and relationship-building activities.
Track referral activity, conversion rates, and account performance using CRM tools.
Execute targeted marketing and outreach campaigns to increase brand awareness and referrals.
Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently exceed admission and revenue goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Represent the agency at networking events, community programs, and healthcare meetings.
