About The Position

Magnolia Heating and Cooling is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Recovery Specialist to join our residential team. Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong closing skills and objection-handling abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Convert unsold HVAC and plumbing estimates into closed sales.
  • Execute structured follow-up through phone, text, and email communication.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to overcome objections and present solutions, including financing options.
  • Drive revenue recovery through upselling, cross-selling, and membership programs.
  • Manage and prioritize a personal sales recovery pipeline within the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and field teams to ensure seamless customer experience and project execution.
  • Track and optimize performance metrics including conversion rates, average ticket size, and sales cycle time.
  • Maintain professionalism and strong customer communication throughout the sales process.
  • Meet performance goals while adhering to company SOPs, compliance standards, and quality expectations.
