As a Sales & Marketing Director at Edgewood, you’ll get to engage with prospective residents and their families on how we can provide them with a comfortable home and the quality care they deserve! We offer senior living solutions in more than 60 beautiful communities across seven states in the Midwest. Edgewood Jamestown is a 72-bed Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Sales, Public Relations, or related field
- Prior sales, marketing, or public relations experience
- A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
- Passion and drive for helping others
- Edgewood offers of employment are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Engage and recruit new residents through consistent lead management
- Cultivate referrals through community outreach with healthcare and other senior living professionals
- Coordinate internal teams for a successful move-in experience
- Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
