About The Position

The Sales Promoter’s primary responsibility is to generate field demand on an ongoing basis. This role involves selling, promoting, demonstrating, and informing end users about the features and benefits of our solutions portfolio through technical advisory services and field demonstrations.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales or demand generation. Recent graduates must demonstrate enthusiasm for fieldwork and technical advisory services.
  • Degree in Agronomy, Biotechnology Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in commercial roles, preferably in demand generation.
  • Knowledge of the territory and its end users.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Responsible and self-motivated in carrying out assigned duties.

Responsibilities

  • Defend and grow Amvac’s market share.
  • Generate demand for Amvac products with end users and distributors.
  • Promote Amvac’s brand image and product portfolio.
  • Close sales with end users.
  • Maintain technical and market knowledge of the assigned region.
  • Identify new market opportunities and niche segments.
  • Report changes and trends in the assigned territory.
  • Submit Market Intelligence Reports (IIC).
  • Handle claims with distributors and end users.
  • Review distributor inventories.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies within the assigned area.
  • Conduct field visits with distributor sales representatives.
  • Frequently visit key growers in the region to promote the use of Amvac products.
  • Develop and maintain a census of key distributors, end users, and technical advisors in the region, whether or not they are Amvac customers.
