Patterson Flynn is a bespoke floorcovering boutique that creates one-of-a-kind rugs and carpets, representing the pinnacle of custom floorcovering craftsmanship. Patterson Flynn maintains 14 showrooms across the United States, working closely with interior designers and discerning clients to create custom pieces. The Sales Project Specialist will join Patterson Flynn as a trusted sales partner to a high-performing Account Executive, ensuring high-end clients receive seamless, luxury products and service.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales support, client service, or project coordination — ideally within luxury interiors, textiles, design, or related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail — you love keeping projects on track.
  • A proactive, anticipatory mindset and ability to stay one step ahead.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with discerning clients.
  • Poise under pressure and professionalism when collaborating with sales partners.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, Odoo, or similar) and comfort with management of data and reporting.
  • A refined, client-centric approach with genuine enthusiasm for design and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted client contact, ensuring projects and processes move smoothly, and clients are supported throughout the journey.
  • Develop a successful sales partnership with a high-performing Account Executive ensuring high quality client service and generating and maintaining strong sales momentum for the sales territory.
  • Support sales growth with outreach prep, meeting materials, and sales lead sharing.
  • Manage project details, quotes, and timelines with precision.
  • Collaborate with showroom, operations, design, and production teams for flawless project execution.
  • Maintain CRM updates, track pipeline activity, and share insights with AE partner and leadership.
  • Assist clients in the showroom with products and inquiries.
