About The Position

Ram Jack is searching for an exceptional Sales Professional in the Garland, TX area to join our team. We are seeking serious-minded professionals who are looking to put their exceptional sales skills to work and build long-lasting relationships. We provide our team members with a wide range of support, including all necessary training, equipment, and appointments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of outside sales experience, preferably selling directly to homeowners.
  • A working knowledge of slab and pier-and-beam foundations is ideal; however, Ram Jack will provide comprehensive training.
  • Demonstrated track record of sales success, with experience earning an above-average income in a 100% commission-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Must possess a clean driving record and be willing to submit to a background check.
  • Up to 20% travel.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide solutions tailored to their projects.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and stay informed on key customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings, including construction materials such as concrete, steel, aggregates, and more, to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotes and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continued business.
  • Work closely with the operation and production teams to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and customer deliveries.
  • Track and report sales activities, customer feedback, and progress toward sales goals.
