The Project Manager, Sales drives revenue growth by managing complex project opportunities from initial lead identification through specification, quotation, closing, and post‑award support. Projects may include municipal water treatment systems, industrial process automation, or advanced valve integration for energy sector clients. This role integrates technical consultative selling, project pursuit, design influence, and channel coordination to win targeted project business across engineering firms, contractors, distributors, and end users. The Project Manager is also expected to leverage AI-driven tools for lead generation, sales forecasting, and market analysis, enhancing decision-making and efficiency throughout the sales cycle. The Project Manager, Sales serves as a cross-functional liaison aligning Sales, Engineering, Customer Care, Product Management, and Operations to ensure customer needs are met and Flow Control is positioned as the preferred specification and project partner. This role will cover the Southeast region of the US.
