Are you organized, collaborative, and passionate about delivering results? We're looking for a Sales Project Manager to lead customer-focused initiatives, support business growth, and help ensure an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you'll partner with Sales, customers, and cross-functional teams to manage projects from start to finish, keeping stakeholders aligned, timelines on track, and objectives moving forward. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering projects that support customer success and business growth. You'll work closely with a variety of teams, gain broad organizational exposure, and make a direct impact on the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, sales support, customer service, marketing, or a related business function.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • experience with Smartsheet is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer-focused projects from planning through execution.
  • Partner with Sales to understand customer needs and business priorities.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and key deliverables.
  • Facilitate meetings, track progress, and communicate project updates.
  • Identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and implement solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance processes and customer satisfaction.
