Rackley Roofing is seeking a highly motivated Sales Project Manager to develop new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing client relationships in and around the Nashville market. A passion for prospecting, relationship-building, and delivering exceptional customer service is essential for success in this role. Requirements

  • Must represent Rackley Roofing Company, Inc. to customers, vendors, industry professionals, and other RRCI employees in a professional manner at all times.
  • All employees must be able to perform job duties in compliance with the ADA, FMLA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a hunter mentality with a strong drive to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build, manage, and continuously grow an active sales pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Establish, nurture, and expand direct customer relationships with owners, asset managers, property managers, facility managers, building engineers, and roof consultants.
  • Generate business through networking and active involvement in local associations, chambers of commerce, trade organizations, and business forums.
  • Take ownership of CRM management, ensuring accurate and timely updates of all opportunities, activities, and client data.
  • Personally deliver and present project proposals while serving as the client’s trusted commercial roofing expert.
  • Accurately assess project needs and prepare scopes of work and recommendations for customers.
  • Continuously develop technical knowledge of roofing systems, waterproofing solutions, and project-specific requirements.
  • Support and promote a customer-focused culture centered on responsiveness, service, and professionalism.
  • Represent and strengthen the Rackley Roofing brand in the marketplace.
