Rackley Roofing is seeking a highly motivated Sales Project Manager to develop new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing client relationships in and around the Nashville market. A passion for prospecting, relationship-building, and delivering exceptional customer service is essential for success in this role. Must represent Rackley Roofing Company, Inc. to customers, vendors, industry professionals, and other RRCI employees in a professional manner at all times.
All employees must be able to perform job duties in compliance with the ADA, FMLA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

Maintain a hunter mentality with a strong drive to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Build, manage, and continuously grow an active sales pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Establish, nurture, and expand direct customer relationships with owners, asset managers, property managers, facility managers, building engineers, and roof consultants.
Generate business through networking and active involvement in local associations, chambers of commerce, trade organizations, and business forums.
Take ownership of CRM management, ensuring accurate and timely updates of all opportunities, activities, and client data.
Personally deliver and present project proposals while serving as the client’s trusted commercial roofing expert.
Accurately assess project needs and prepare scopes of work and recommendations for customers.
Continuously develop technical knowledge of roofing systems, waterproofing solutions, and project-specific requirements.
Support and promote a customer-focused culture centered on responsiveness, service, and professionalism.
Represent and strengthen the Rackley Roofing brand in the marketplace.
