Salesforce’s Sales Programs team is focused on executive-level alignment to provide insights on how to successfully and efficiently create quality pipe gen. Every sales play/program we implement has a measurable impact. You will work directly with executive sales leaders, sales teams, and front-line sales managers to understand their pipe generation and pipe progression needs, collaborate with a diverse cross-functional group of Salesforce teams across sales, marketing, enablement, strategy, and others to develop and implement a sales program to meet those needs, then measure the results and adapt the sales programs as necessary. You will work closely with your Sales Programs team members to develop and execute a single sales programs strategy to meet the collective needs of the business you support.

Requirements

  • Been in sales or worked closely with sales to understand their needs and mentality.
  • Understanding of how to develop and execute a structured program.
  • Analytical mind, executive presence, and ability to identify and solve critical problems.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and speaking with salespeople to identify hot spots and needs.
  • Adept at working cross-functionally with teams such as sales strategy, data science, corporate marketing, product marketing, and the broader enablement team.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in supporting a sales organization through programs, enablement, strategy, or operations or management consulting.
  • Experience monitoring pipeline metrics/data for trends, opportunities, and issues.
  • Experience with successfully managing a large, diverse workload.
  • Experience having built and developed programs.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to create compelling executive narratives and messaging.
  • Experience getting C-level executives and senior stakeholders onboard with recommendations.
  • Ability to balance thoroughness, high quality, and efficiency within a high volume of tasks.
  • Understand how to build alignment and keep sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders informed.
  • Bring clarity and structure when managing fluid expectations and evolving demands.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce reporting & dashboarding experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable with manipulating data sets to help drive data-driven decision making.
  • Take initiative, are proactive, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Self-directed and resourceful.

Responsibilities
