About The Position

Cesna Group, a global recruitment leader, is seeking a Sales Professionals Recruitment Consultant fluent in English and Korean/Japanese/Chinese. This role involves sourcing candidates, managing the interview process, advising clients on hiring strategies, and building client relationships. This is a remote, full-time position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Requirements

Fluency in English
Fluency in Korean/Japanese/Chinese is highly desirable
Experienced in sales or recruiting field
Strategic thinker who works effectively under pressure
Passionate about performance, achievement, and teamwork
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

Source candidates through headhunting, job boards, social media, and internal databases
Conduct candidate interviews (screening, phone, virtual, and on-site)
Manage the end-to-end interview process between candidates and clients
Advise clients on hiring strategies and talent acquisition needs
Present and promote qualified candidates to clients
Extend offers to selected candidates and close placements
Build and maintain client relationships through business development
Promote Cesna Group’s services to new and existing clients
Negotiate terms of business with clients
