About The Position

Sunbelt Home Solutions is seeking competitive and self-motivated Sales Professionals to join their team. This role focuses on closing sales with pre-set, qualified appointments, eliminating the need for cold calling, door knocking, or lead buying. The company provides premium products such as impact windows, doors, and lifetime exterior coatings, along with a proven sales system, paid training, and ongoing coaching. Requirements

• Competitors with a history of consistently exceeding goals
• Coachability and eagerness to improve
• Confidence in building rapport with new people
• Comfortable asking for the sale
• Driven by performance and unlimited earning potential
• Experience in Automotive Sales, Roofing, Solar, HVAC, Pest Control, Windows & Doors, Furniture, B2B/B2C Sales, Finance & Insurance (F&I), Phone Sales, or High-ticket retail is a plus.

• Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments
• Conduct professional in-home consultations
• Present customized solutions based on each homeowner's needs
