Requirements

  • Prior sales experience or a proven record of consistently meeting goals (required)
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and closing deals
  • Coachable, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred or willingness to obtain)
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by identifying leads, reaching out to prospects, and converting them into policies
  • Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend personalized solutions
  • Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial coverage
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering ongoing support and conducting regular policy reviews
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets to promote agency success
  • Stay current on product knowledge and industry compliance requirements
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and handle renewals
  • Contribute to team meetings and collaborate on sales strategies
