Requirements

Prior sales experience or a proven record of consistently meeting goals (required)
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in making outbound calls and closing deals
Coachable, with a willingness to learn and grow
Strong organizational and time management abilities

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual abilities are a plus

Responsibilities

Generate new business by identifying leads, reaching out to prospects, and converting them into policies
Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend personalized solutions
Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial coverage
Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering ongoing support and conducting regular policy reviews
Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets to promote agency success
Stay current on product knowledge and industry compliance requirements
Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and handle renewals
Contribute to team meetings and collaborate on sales strategies
