As a Sales Professional, you are the front line of growth for your branch. You will work directly under the Branch Manager and alongside Operations to drive new customer acquisition and fuel the success of the entire team. You’re not just selling pest control - you’re building trust, solving problems, and creating long-term customers. This is a role for someone who thrives on competition, loves the grind, and wants to win.

Requirements

  • Sales experience preferred (door-to-door or commission-based a plus)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • High level of motivation and work ethic
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license + ability to pass MVR, background, and drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Run set inspection appointments with existing customers to uncover upsell opportunities.
  • Generate new business through door-to-door sales and local prospecting
  • Educate customers on our services and close high-quality accounts
  • Represent the ProForce brand with professionalism and confidence
  • Work closely with your Branch Manager and Service Team to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Set appointments, follow up, and manage your pipeline effectively
  • Hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and expand services
  • Help drive momentum in new and existing markets.
