About The Position

We are hiring for a field SALES PROFESSIONAL, with experience of flooring or tiling installation systems, and a customer-first, solution-driven mindset. This is a field-based role where you will build relationships, support jobsites, and deliver technical solutions that win business and strengthen our market presence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience, ideally within building materials or related industries
  • Knowledge of flooring or tiling installation systems preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn and apply product systems in the field
  • Confident presentation skills, with the ability to lead demonstrations and training sessions
  • Hands-on, practical approach to problem solving and customer support
  • Self-driven, organized, and motivated to build and grow a territory
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment

  • Four (4) year college degree is preferred, or minimum completed high school diploma with relevant industry work experience
  • Valid and current driver’s license
  • Ability to travel daily throughout territory including occasional overnight
  • Ability to lift to 70 pounds occasionally and carry up to 55 pounds
  • Able to operate power and non-power tools

Responsibilities

  • Grow sales of ARDEX and HENRY products across your assigned territory
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, and key influencers
  • Identify and win new business through jobsite visits, prospecting, and lead generation
  • Deliver product demonstrations, hands-on training, and contractor clinics
  • Support contractors on jobsites with product application and technical guidance
  • Drive product specifications within the architectural and design community
  • Develop and execute territory-level sales strategies and action plans
  • Collaborate closely with technical, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver a high level of service
