About The Position

Epex is hiring experienced in-home sales professionals with backgrounds in Roofing, Solar, Windows, or HVAC. This role is for individuals ready to grow their income by selling multiple trades under one roof. This is not an entry-level position; we are seeking closers who desire higher commissions per deal, faster installs and payouts, and support from real operations staff.

Requirements

• 2+ years of in-home sales experience.
• Background in Roofing, Solar, Windows, or HVAC.
• Ability to build rapport, educate homeowners, and close confidently.
• Self-driven, professional, and results-focused.

Responsibilities

• Sell residential roofing, windows, solar, and HVAC.
• Offer single-trade or bundled packages.
• Present home upgrades with strong financing, clean pricing, and fast execution.
