Requirements
- 1 year of customer service, retail, or sales experience
- Great communication and people skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma
- Team player who’s ready to learn and grow
Responsibilities
- Help customers find the Subaru (or pre-owned vehicle) that fits their lifestyle
- Accompany customers on test drives
- Build relationships and deliver a great buying experience
- Use our tools, training, and support to grow your sales skills
