About The Position

The Choate Agency, powered by Symmetry Financial Group (SFG), is a rapidly growing life insurance sales organization seeking driven and coachable professionals. They help American families secure their financial futures through life insurance solutions for mortgage protection, final expense, and retirement planning. The organization is expanding its national sales team and is looking for individuals motivated to build significant long-term income. This is a remote, commission-only, 1099 independent contractor position. It offers uncapped earning potential and compounding residual income. The role involves working with warm, inbound leads through a proprietary platform, conducting needs-based conversations, presenting tailored solutions using a proven sales system, and closing policies. Maintaining accurate records in their CRM, participating in ongoing training, and team calls are also key aspects. There is an optional opportunity to build and lead a team for additional income.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of sales or client-facing experience
  • Self-motivated and accountable
  • Coachable and committed to following a proven system
  • Strong communication skills and zero fear of a real conversation
  • Want to control your own income and build something long-term
  • 18 or older and currently authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Must be a current U.S. resident authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be willing to complete a background check
  • Life insurance license — or willingness to obtain one (we help cover the cost)
  • Valid driver's license
  • No employment visa sponsorship available — U.S. work authorization required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultative needs-based conversations with individuals and families about life insurance and financial protection
  • Present tailored solutions using our proven, step-by-step sales system
  • Close policies and build a growing book of residual commission income
  • Maintain accurate records of all activity and pipeline status in our award-winning CRM
  • Participate in ongoing training, team calls, and mentorship sessions
