About The Position

This position is ideal for B2B/B2C sales professionals, Account Executives, Business Development professionals, or early-career recruiters looking to build a long-term career in consultative recruitment sales. You will manage the full client and recruitment lifecycle—from new business development and account management to candidate delivery and placement—directly contributing to revenue growth and client success.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, recruitment, or related client-facing roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to achieve performance targets
  • Commercial mindset with high accountability and ownership
  • Fluency in Korean, Mandarin Chinese, or Japanese
  • Experience in consultative or solution-based sales
  • Exposure to recruitment, staffing, or professional services

  • MBA or advanced business education

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business through outbound sales, networking, and relationship building
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts to drive long-term revenue
  • Promote Cesna Group’s recruitment services to new and existing clients
  • Negotiate business terms and close recruitment agreements
  • Source candidates via headhunting, job boards, social media, and internal databases
  • Conduct candidate interviews (screening, phone, virtual, or on-site)
  • Manage end-to-end interview processes between candidates and clients
  • Present qualified candidates and advise clients on hiring decisions
  • Extend offers, manage negotiations, and close successful placements
  • Manage sales and recruitment pipelines effectively
  • Meet and exceed individual revenue, placement, and performance targets
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting
