Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
  • Intermediate IT skills (MS Word, Excel); CRM experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and direct engagement with potential clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with Australian businesses to understand their hiring needs and position Australian Skilled Migration as a preferred recruitment partner.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Client and Account Management:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service to ensure long- term partnerships.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review hiring needs, provide candidate updates, and discuss market trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure mutual benefit.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment:
  • Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates from overseas to meet client requirements
  • Utilize recruitment platforms, databases, and industry networks to identify top talent across various skilled sectors.
  • Manage the candidate journey from initial contact to placement, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Market Research and Industry Analysis:
  • Conduct research on industry trends and employment demands to anticipate hiring needs and advise clients accordingly.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of visa requirements and processes related to overseas recruitment in Australia.
  • Administration and Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, candidate details, and recruitment activities using the company’s CRM.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Australian employment laws and visa regulations
