Ancira Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, the premier San Antonio CJDR dealer with multiple back-to-back awards, is seeking qualified, experienced retail automotive product specialists to join our team! Schedule: M-F 8:30-9:00 p.m. rotations and Saturdays 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. In this job you will meet all kinds of great people, work with a dynamic team of successful, high-producing employees, and help customers find their perfect match when it comes to their transportation needs. Our passion is to create life-long fans! The career path of the Retail Automotive Sales Consultant most often leads to Finance Consultant, Special Credit Finance Consultant, Service Advisor, and management.
Requirements
- Recent Retail Auto Sales Experience PREFERRED
- Excellent Customer-Relatability and care for their satisfaction
- Professional Appearance
- Reliable/Conscientious Driving Record
- Enthusiastic attitude!
- Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Skills (CDK, DSGSS, or VinSolutions a PLUS!)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License with insurable record.
- Minimum insurable age for Sales position is 21.
- Be coachable and enjoy helping PEOPLE!
