We are seeking a Sales Process & Operations Analyst to strengthen our go-to-market engine through operational rigor, actionable insights, and process leadership. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Enablement to drive alignment and support efficient execution across the sales motion. In this role, you will serve as the primary operational support partner for our sales team—ensuring account executives, managers, and leadership have the tools, processes, and data needed to maximize productivity and achieve growth targets. You will play a critical role in reducing friction, maintaining process excellence, and enabling our sellers to spend more time selling.
