Position Summary : The Process Analyst will play a critical role in evaluating, designing, and implementing business processes that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and elevate the client experience. This position requires both analytical skill and the ability to partner with teams across the firm to drive sustainable change.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Lean six sigma certification or 2 plus years’ experience in using lean methodologies
  • 2+ years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, or operations improvement (law firm or professional services experience a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to gather, interpret, and present data
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing workflows across departments (legal, intake, operations, client services) to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and drive alignment
  • Map and analyze the end-to-end journey to identify friction points and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Develop process maps, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Leverage data analysis and metrics to measure process performance and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to recommend or implement automation and system improvements.
  • Design and implement optimized processes that balance efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction.
  • Lead training and change management efforts to ensure team adoption of new processes.
