About The Position

We are seeking a Junior to Mid-level Systems Analyst to provide routine internal technical support and serve as a primary liaison for internal users. This role will focus on day-to-day system administration, coordination, documentation, and platform ownership across several business-critical tools. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple systems while escalating complex technical issues as needed.

Requirements

  • US Citizen
  • 1-4 years of experience in an IT support, systems analyst, or technical operations role.
  • Experience supporting internal users in a professional services or corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, user access management, and software licensing.
  • Familiarity with CUI and CMMC protocols.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple systems and vendors simultaneously.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with external IT service providers or MSPs.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint administration.
  • Familiarity with task management tools such as Asana, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Exposure to compliance frameworks such as CMMC.
  • Basic understanding of IT asset management and endpoint lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

  • Internal Technical Support & Coordination
  • Provide routine technical assistance to internal staff (software license, MS Sharepoint, access issues).
  • Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for our external IT helpdesk provider, including issue triage, follow-up, and resolution tracking.
  • Coordinate computer lifecycle management with our external IT provider.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of systems, processes, and recurring issues. Systems & Platform Management
  • Manage software licenses, including tracking usage, renewals, and compliance.
  • Support MS SharePoint site cleanup, organization, permissions management, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Serve as the internal POC for technology platforms. Help with set-up of automation tools and task management tools to simplify workflows.
  • Act as POC for CMMC-related systems and CUI management.
  • Assist with basic system configuration, user access management, and workflow improvements.
  • Ensure systems and processes align with internal policies and security requirements.
  • Support CMMC-related administrative and coordination efforts (documentation, access control, audits support). Process Improvement & AI-Enabled Workflow Optimization
  • Continuously evaluate existing internal processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to document current-state processes and recommend practical, scalable enhancements.
  • Assist in the implementation and adoption of automation and AI-enabled tools to streamline routine tasks, improve response times, and enhance data accuracy.
  • Support the rollout of AI tools for use cases such as knowledge management, internal support triage, documentation assistance, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with IT leadership and external vendors to ensure AI solutions are implemented in alignment with security, compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Develop user guidance, documentation, and basic training materials to support adoption of new tools and improved workflows.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of process improvements and AI-enabled solutions, incorporating feedback and iterating as needed
