Sales Process Responsibilities: - Provide support to sales and sales management, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient handling of customer data and transactions. - Act as a liaison between sales, business support teams, and customers to facilitate smooth processing of sales activities. - Prioritize time to ensure customer satisfaction and project execution excellence. - Execute entry-level tasks within a process or sub-process while meeting performance goals. - Address routine customer and intercompany inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. - Review job packages and order forms to ensure completeness. - Connect with Sales and customers for clarifications and missing information. - Obtain missing approvals and reviews. - Support individual account restamping for Sales Rep mapping. - Facilitate new customer setup and support existing customers with various vendor forms. Concierge Service Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage a shared inbox, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Address and resolve billing, PO, and service issues for top-tier customers. - Use Dynamics 365 CRM for interaction tracking, case management, automation, and reporting. - Complete and manage assigned cases in CRM Dynamics, ensuring all issues are tracked and resolved efficiently. - Update and maintain accurate customer information. - Collaborate with internal teams, escalating and sharing customer issues for swift resolution. - Provide high-touch, personalized support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Conduct deep dives into past-due invoices for specific customers and provide guidance to the collections team.
