About The Position

Presidio is seeking a Practice Lead, Modern Infrastructure Solutions to lead data center modernization and legacy infrastructure transformation sales. This role requires expertise in technologies such as converged/hyperconverged infrastructure, enterprise storage, virtualization, data protection, disaster recovery, and security. The ideal candidate will excel in executive engagement, complex enterprise sales cycles, and OEM partnership management. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, leading strategic sales campaigns, aligning internal teams for execution, and strengthening OEM partnerships to create co-selling opportunities and market expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years in OEM or consulting services sales.
  • Experience leading data center modernization and legacy infrastructure transformation sales.
  • Knowledge of modern data center technologies and sales principles.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align Presidio and OEM solutions with client needs.
  • Understand customer priorities and technology requirements, act as a trusted advisor, and consistently achieve revenue and performance targets.
  • Strengthen Presidio’s presence in key accounts through strategic engagement while promoting company values and collaborating across teams to enhance overall sales strategy.
  • Monitor technology trends and competitive developments to position Presidio effectively.
  • Collaborate with solution architects to identify client infrastructure challenges, define requirements, and deliver tailored modernization strategies that showcase Presidio’s differentiators.
  • Build strong relationships with OEM executives, channel leaders, and account teams.
  • Provide thought leadership and represent Presidio at industry events to expand pipeline, increase brand awareness, and strengthen market presence.
  • Ensure consistent branding and unified go-to-market strategies with OEM partners.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and OEM programs and incentives to maximize engagement.
  • Provide guidance on account mapping, partner programs, and escalation management.
  • Track competitive activity and gather insights on pricing, products, and delivery strategies.
  • Utilize creative financial models and funding programs to accelerate deals.
