Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• Must have a valid California driver's license for a minimum of 3 years, and eligible for coverage under dealership insurance policy, required
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

• Ability to drive a standard vehicle, preferred but not necessary
• Previous dealership equivalent working experience, preferred
• Bilingual, preferred but not necessary
• Ability to multitask in a demanding environment
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle

Responsibilities

• Move and clean vehicles
• Keep the vehicles in sound working condition
• Help general manager as requested
• Greet all guests arriving for service
• Place numbered hat as described by company policy
• Add protection mats and seat covering to vehicle as well as key lock box
• Park vehicle in designated areas as instructed
• Lock keys in key box or place keys in designated area
• Assist ASM, technicians and management with task as needed
• Deliver vehicles to guests waiting as instructed
• Complete housekeeping duties as needed
• Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
• Maintain professional appearance
