Come join our team! Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Porter to support our sales team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. This essential role keeps our new-vehicle inventory looking sharp, organized, and ready for customers at one of Michigan’s leading dealership groups.

Requirements

Clear and valid driver’s license (licensed for at least 3 years with unrestricted privileges)
Ability to follow directions and instructions
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and stand/walk for extended periods
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays

Responsibilities

Maintains new-vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary
Places buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
Keeps new-vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards
Cleans driveway and sidewalks
Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
Makes key tags for vehicles
Assists sales consultants by retrieving and staging vehicles for customer appointments, test drives, and deliveries
Performs other duties as assigned
