We are seeking a dependable and friendly Sales Porter to join our team. This role involves greeting customers arriving at the sales department and ensuring a smooth handoff to Sales Consultants. The Sales Porter will be responsible for moving vehicles around the lot and service areas, maintaining their cleanliness and condition, and supporting general cleaning duties in the shop and lot.

Requirements

Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
Dependable and professional attitude
Customer service and safety conscious
Basic computer and internet skills
Strong communication skills
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as necessary

Responsibilities

Greet customers at the service area with a professional and friendly attitude
Install protective coverings such as seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats on vehicles brought in for service
Deliver keys and repair orders to appropriate Service Advisors after parking vehicles
Retrieve vehicles for customers when they arrive for pickup, thank them for their business
Follow all safety and security procedures at all times
Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required
Perform other duties as assigned
