About The Position

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Sales Plumber to diagnose plumbing issues, recommend appropriate solutions, and sell plumbing services and products. The ideal candidate has strong technical plumbing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service while achieving sales goals.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Service Titan experience.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Plumbing installation and repair
Customer service excellence
Sales and negotiation
Problem-solving and troubleshooting
Time management
Computer and mobile app proficiency for estimates and documentation

Nice To Haves

5+ years of plumbing service experience preferred.
Proven sales or upselling experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to diagnose plumbing issues accurately and recommend effective solutions.

Responsibilities

Inspect residential and commercial plumbing systems to identify problems.
Explain plumbing issues and recommend repair or replacement options.
Prepare accurate estimates and present service recommendations to customers.
Sell plumbing services, maintenance agreements, and related products.
Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance as needed.
Build trust with customers through professional and honest communication.
Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, estimates, and customer interactions.
Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and company safety standards.
Keep service vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
