About The Position

In this role, you will work closely with the Sales team to complete media plans and proposals.  Your goal is to position Haymarket’s unique value proposition, product offerings and audience to best fit our Pharmaceutical advertiser’s objectives.  This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within the dynamic digital media landscape and offers exposure to various operational and sales teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in media planning, media strategy, digital marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred; internship experience and transferable early-career experience will also be considered
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets & Google Slides
  • Strong critical thinking skills & ability to draw conclusions from data points

Responsibilities

  • Perform RFP Intake including entry of information into Salesforce, setting up Google Sheets and Slides for team collaboration
  • Carefully evaluate all client-supplied RFP materials to accurately interpret campaign objectives
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all advertising products, inventory, and pricing
  • Complete client-supplied templates with product information
  • Track RFP progression within team project management tool & provide accurate ETAs for project milestones
  • Collaborate with internal teams to curate custom audience groups that will be utilized for digital marketing
  • Develop a strong understanding of digital media workflows for the Media Strategy team as well as adjacent departments
  • Complete special projects with the guidance of a Media Strategist or Manager.  Projects may include: analyzing business trends, maintaining team reference materials, identifying efficiencies in SOPs
