We are looking for a very detail-oriented Sales Planner located on the East Canada time zone to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and further developing relationships with our expansive portfolio of clients, as well as educating them on Perion’s suite of extensive product offerings. Additionally, the Client Partner will partner with a variety of teams internally to ensure campaign success, client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 of digital media experience in a client facing role
  • A highly motivated professional with a proven track record in a client facing role
  • Strong knowledge of digital campaign metrics and goals (i.e. - CTR, CPA, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain account stability with key clients via white glove service
  • Generates additional revenue via strategic upsell opportunities
  • Balance up to 5 RFPs weekly across 5 AEs- deadline driven
  • Coordinate campaign workflow cross departmentally to ensure campaign success
  • Build strategic & customized RFP responses that will lead to IO generation
  • Work with Legal/ Finance to close out opportunities
  • Conduct historical & brand research for new & existing clients
  • Owns troubleshooting and finds solutions to internal & external challenges
