About The Position

Red Ventures is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Performance Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll partner with internal and external sales leaders to identify performance opportunities, improve staffing effectiveness, and drive key sales KPIs including compliance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Finance, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; Call center management experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite, Email, Web, and Social Skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-focused mindset
  • Excellent written, verbal, and relationship-building communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and make strategic decisions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Comfortable traveling to partner locations and conducting one-on-one and group meetings with partners

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

  • You will partner with internal Sales Leadership and external teams to drive sales performance
  • Help lead and develop external sales teams to reach business specific KPIs
  • Understand the importance of balancing both strong performance with compliant behaviors and strong customer service
  • Evaluate performance data to identify opportunities to increase additional revenue
  • Communicate with partners around sales strategy, staffing, product changes, etc.
  • Review sales calls and identify potential improvements to sales performance, compliance, and internal technology
  • Motivate external sales leaders to achieve business objectives
  • Foster an inclusive environment and be an active participant of highly engaged teams
