The Servco Parts Center is looking for a Sales Performance Manager to oversee daily parts sales operations while leading initiatives to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. The role includes monitoring and managing performance through observations, coaching and measurable KPIs. This position also collaborates with the Sales Operations and Process Manager, Accessory Manager, Field Operations and other key departments to ensure alignment with corporate goals and achievement of sales targets. KEY OUTCOMES: Sales Management: Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies that achieve sustainable revenue growth. Drive performance through goal setting, progress tracking, and coaching, ensuring alignment with company and dealer targets. Identify root causes of sales underperformance and implement corrective actions. Identify and recommend process improvements and cost-saving opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. Conduct performance evaluations and identify opportunities for development. Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries and service opportunities promptly. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address recurring issues. Hold team members accountable for service excellence through coaching and performance management. Staff Supervision: Help recruit, train, and mentor parts sales staff. Schedule and supervise daily activities of the sales team. Conduct performance evaluations and identify opportunities for development. Administrative Duties: Prepare and analyze performance reports to provide actionable insights to leadership, including Servco Executives, TMC, and Parts Directors. Ensure compliance with company processes, policies and procedures by developing and updating standard operating procedures and job aids. Understand software application and continue to stay up to date on current technology. Oversee daily administrative functions, including order processing, invoices, returns, credit memos, and account adjustments to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand patterns to identify emerging opportunities. Translate market insights into strategic recommendations to drive profitable sales.
