About The Position

This role is responsible for building and managing the U.S. sales pipeline, leading demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations. The position involves managing relationships with key partners such as UKG, Corporate Visions, DCVC, and Lead Edge, as well as converting inbound leads from the HubSpot Marketplace. The Sales & Partnerships Manager will also represent Hive at U.S. industry events and drive U.S. ARR growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in SaaS sales or partnerships
