About The Position

The Sales Outfitter provides counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery Merchandise (non-Firearms). This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales of floor merchandise. Key activities include greeting and assisting customers, handling merchandise with care, providing product information, and directing customers. The role supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service to ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in Retail.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Customer Service and Sales of Hunting/Archery Merchandise (NON-Firearms).
• GCA (Gun Control Act).
• Ability to Merchandise and Stock Merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provides counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery Merchandise (non-Firearms).
• Handles merchandise with care, provides information, assistance, and direction to customers.
• Identifies and evaluates customer needs and makes product recommendations.
• Promotes programs such as CLUB membership, VOC, and In Store Pick up.
• Demonstrates product to customers.
• Organizes and maintains merchandise within the retail store at the Gun Counter (non-Firearms).
• Replenishes product on shelves as required per merchandising guidelines.
• Remains knowledgeable about products through ongoing training.
• Stays informed about advertised sales and maintains pricing and signing.
• Assists with seasonal floor merchandise moves.
• Keeps work area clean, neat, and well-stocked with supplies.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
