About The Position

Under direct supervision, responsible for processing orders for materials or merchandise from direct customer contact.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, Associate’s, or equivalent experience.
  • Four (4) to Six (6) years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional office setting.
  • Working knowledge of general policies and procedures.
  • Strong Customer Relations skills.
  • Sufficient PC skills to manage information and good ten-key data entry skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal colleagues and customers.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for processing orders for materials or merchandise from direct customer contact. (Essential)
  • Create and monitor work orders to meet production and customer requirements. (Essential)
  • Create sales orders, ensuring proper documentation and approvals are obtained prior to order booking. (Essential)
  • Maintain customer files with sales purchase orders, sales orders, and other information. (Essential)
  • Track sales shipment, delivery, and backlog activities, providing internal sales reports when needed. (Essential)
  • Provide technical assistance to customers and sales personnel via telephone. (Essential)
  • Act as a Liaison between customers and manufacturing, logistics, purchasing, sales, field service, and accounting to resolve status, production, delivery, and billing inquiries. (Essential)
  • Provide status and data for weekly customer reporting. (Essential)
  • Comply with EBARA safety policies, including participation in and completion of all required safety training. (Essential)
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment compliant with Ebara safety policies. (Essential)
  • Perform other duties as assigned. (Non-essential)
