About The Position

BrightStar Care of Plano / North Dallas is seeking a sharp, detail-driven Sales Operations & Marketing Enablement Specialist to support their growth trajectory. This role is ideal for a marketing or sales operations professional who excels at process, people, and performance. The specialist will partner with sales, operations, and clinical teams to ensure a best-in-class experience for referral partners and to help BrightStar scale more efficiently. The position offers the opportunity to build systems, improve workflows, and directly impact business growth. The mission is to help BrightStar Care of Plano/North Dallas become the #1 home care provider in North and East Texas by taking ownership of a newly defined role and shaping sales operations and marketing support across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills-you're clear, professional, and persuasive
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience with CRM systems (a plus)
  • A proactive mindset-you take ownership and follow through
  • Professional discretion, integrity, and accountability
  • Sales support, marketing coordination, or operations experience is helpful-but we're equally interested in candidates with strong transferable skills and the drive to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as day-to-day operational support for the outside sales team.
  • Intake and manage incoming referral calls and inquiries with speed, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Act as a key point of contact for hospital case managers, social workers, nurses, and internal staff.
  • Ensure BrightStar is the fastest and most responsive provider in the market.
  • Maintain accurate, actionable data in the CRM system.
  • Analyze sales activity and performance trends to surface insights and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead select marketing initiatives, such as monthly email newsletters and social media engagement.
  • Manage and optimize marketing and sales collateral (flyers, brochures, digital assets).
  • Gather and share referral partner feedback to inform sales and marketing strategy.
  • Participate in select in‑person sales calls, networking events, and community outreach.
  • Develop and document SOPs for sales operations.
  • Improve cross-functional communication to support seamless referral handoffs.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage tools and technology to improve speed, consistency, and quality.
  • Continuously refine processes to support growth and scalability.
