In this role, you will serve as the core engine for channel success, directly influencing order fulfillment efficiency and transforming sales operations processes through continuous innovation and process automation.
Requirements
- Solid written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Demonstrated experience managing operational workflows in Salesforce, DOMO, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills paired with a dedicated service mindset and strong personal accountability.

- Background in channel operations, dealer network support, or managing complex order fulfillment processes.
- Passion for continuous process improvement, automation, and scalable operations.

Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming Salesforce operational cases with a focus on fast, high-quality solutions for dealers and sales teams.
- Facilitate end-to-end discount and trade-in approval processes to keep key transactions moving forward smoothly.
- Partner directly with dealers and internal teams to proactively identify and resolve ordering issues preventing timely fulfillment.
- Collaborate on future-state process improvements designed to increase automation and eliminate friction across the ordering journey.
