Come build your future with us. . Role Overview: We're looking for a Sales Operations Manager who thrives at the intersection of process, data, and technology. This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you'll touch a little bit of everything - from supporting Salesforce and building dashboards to partnering closely with Marketing on our go-to-market motion. If you geek out on clean data, love solving workflow problems, and are already experimenting with AI tools to work smarter, you'll fit right in. This is a hybrid role in one of our current markets: Dallas or Houston TX, Tampa or St. Petersburg FL or Los Angeles, CA.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience - you know how to build reports, manage users, and configure workflows without needing a developer
  • Experience with MCAE (Pardot) or a comparable marketing automation platform, and comfort working at the intersection of sales and marketing systems
  • Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Groove, or similar automation and sales engagement platforms
  • Demonstrated project management skills; you can juggle multiple initiatives, stay organized, and keep stakeholders informed
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort working in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools to slice and interpret data
  • Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do

Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Administration
  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce tasks including user provisioning, permission sets, and role hierarchy maintenance
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views that give leadership and reps real-time visibility into pipeline and performance
  • Troubleshoot data quality issues, enforce hygiene standards, and implement validation rules to keep the CRM reliable
  • Project Management & Process Improvement
  • Own and manage operational projects end-to-end - from scoping and stakeholder alignment to execution and rollout
  • Document processes, create playbooks, and drive adoption of new tools and workflows across the sales team
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions - Marketing is a key counterpart and this role is expected to maintain a close, ongoing working relationship with that team
  • Track project status, flag risks proactively, and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights that inform sales strategy and forecasting
  • Develop recurring and ad hoc reports to track KPIs such as win rates, pipeline velocity, quota attainment, and rep activity
  • Work with leadership to define metrics and build dashboards that align with business priorities
  • AI & Technology Enablement
  • Leverage AI tools - including Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms: to automate repetitive tasks, summarize data, and accelerate reporting
  • Identify opportunities to embed AI into sales ops workflows and champion adoption across the team
  • Stay current on emerging tools and bring forward-thinking recommendations to improve how we operate
