As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving the performance and operational effectiveness of our North America Sales teams. You will act as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, translating business goals into actionable plans that improve forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and sales productivity. You will own and evolve core operating rhythms, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting, while identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and data visibility. You will partner cross-functionally to enable scalable, repeatable go-to-market motions. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will analyze data, identify performance gaps, and drive actions that improve outcomes while supporting implementation and adoption across teams.
