About The Position

This role is part of the Global Sales Operations organization, reporting to the Director of Field Operations. The Sales Operations Manager will lead the Sales Operations efforts around deal management, working closely with Account Management, Regional Sales VPs and other internal stakeholders involved in potential business transactions. You will be a strong business partner and trusted advisor for the Sales teams and will ensure consistent end-to-end management of non-standard deals in alignment with Company’s non-standard deals policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration (Accounting, Finance, Marketing)
  • Minimum of 7+ years work experience (Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, Accounting)
  • Strong leadership ability and time management and planning skills - ability to work effectively under time pressure
  • Must have strong quantitative analytical skills and be able to think strategically
  • Solution orientated with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience of NetSuite and SFDC is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Leading the Sales Operations Analyst in managing, supporting, and coordinating the deal structuring, review and approval process.
  • Ensuring that the Company optimizes its margins, effectively mitigates risks, while remaining commercially competitive.
  • Establishing relationships with functional teams within the Company to enable close interactions for deal reviews and approvals, including active executive engagement.
  • Cultivating internal relationships with all levels of the sales organization.
  • Managing all non-standard deals for assigned accounts or geography.
  • Working with the Sales Team to optimize deals, mitigate risks for the Company and prevent potential channel or country/theatre conflicts.
  • Facilitating deal reviews and approvals by managing the communication and structuring of non-standard business opportunities.
  • Performing scenario analysis, what-if comparisons, and sensitivity analysis on key deals during the deal structuring cycle.
  • Collaborating and sharing best practices across geographies/regions.
