About The Position

As the Sales Operations Manager , you’ll lead end-to-end sales operations—from lead intake through order fulfillment—driving efficiency, accountability, and results through process optimization, automation, and performance management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in sales operations, customer success, or revenue enablement.
  • Strong coaching and accountability skills with a proven ability to lead in fast-paced, hybrid environments.
  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools (Salesforce); bonus if experienced with workflow tools like Miro or Asana.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to drive decisions and process improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team with clear accountability and professional growth.
  • Train staff on tools and best practices to ensure process adoption and operational excellence.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Sales Performance & Operational Excellence Optimize the Lead-to-Order (LTO) process to maximize lead conversion and reduce cycle time.
  • Design and implement dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards to track performance and uncover insights.
  • Leverage automation and process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce errors.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales, Finance, BTS, and Enablement teams to align goals and deliver exceptional service.
  • Act as the LTO subject matter expert and drive initiatives that improve customer experience and internal efficiencies.
  • Systems & Data Management Manage CRM and internal tools (Salesforce, Miro, Asana, etc.), ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Support financial operations with data-driven insights and accurate revenue reporting.
