As a Sales Operations Manager at Sendbird, you’ll empower our sales organization with the data, analytics, and automation needed to scale a fast-growing AI company, increase pipeline generation, and accelerate sales velocity. You’ll strengthen our go-to-market engine by implementing next generation AI GTM tools, streamlining processes, improving data quality, and equipping reps with tooling to drive efficiency. In this role, you’ll help drive excellence across sales processes, sales tools, GTM analytics and reporting, and the quote-to-cash process. As an individual contributor, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing Ops, Finance, and Legal, and report directly to the Head of Sales Operations. This role will cover business needs in multiple global regions during the first year, minimally. You will need to be able to flex your working hours to accommodate needs from our APAC team as well as the US team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally and globally to drive projects and operational efficiencies.
  • Strong team player, critical thinker, and problem solver who takes initiative, communicates proactively and manages multiple projects with clear goals, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Highest level of integrity and good judgment with the ability to effectively deal with highly sensitive, confidential information.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce reporting.
  • Administrative experience with CRM and GTM tools including: Salesforce certification, Salesloft, Gong, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Clay.

  • Experience with capacity planning and sales compensation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • GTM Process Optimization : Research, Recommend, and implement the latest AI GTM tools to drive automation and rep efficiency. Document policies, draft enablement resources, provide end-user training support, drive adoption of processes, and identify risks/areas of improvement.
  • Territory & Data Management : Manage territory changes and own data hygiene across relevant systems (enrichment, deduplication, assignments) to maintain account/lead data accuracy.
  • Analytics & Insights : Produce and maintain reports and dashboards across relevant systems. Deliver recurring/ad-hoc analyses on key business metrics, including pipeline conversion, sales velocity, sales effectiveness, and revenue trends. Proactively diagnose gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Lead to Account Routing : Support Sales and Marketing Ops to ensure lead routing processes are working effectively. Monitor lead routing processes to identify and fix errors.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership : Collaborate and provide operational support to cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing Ops, Finance, Legal, Partnerships, and Product Marketing to complete strategic initiatives.
  • CRM & Sales Tools Administration : Maintain and optimize CRM sales process, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity. Assist with sales tool integrations and adoption.
  • Deal Desk & Quote-to-Cash : Maintain overall quote-to-cash process. Provide hands-on Deal Desk support to sales. Increase efficiency using next generation AI tools. Partner with Finance and Legal to remove friction and accelerate velocity.
