The Sales Operations Manager drives operational excellence across the sales organization by optimizing systems, processes, reporting, and analytics. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership to improve productivity, forecast accuracy, and data-driven decision making. The Sales Operations Manager manages sales performance reporting, responsible for the sales technology platforms (including CRM systems), develops actionable analytics, and identifies opportunities to improve sales efficiency and revenue performance. This position is eligible for the APS Hybrid Work Schedule for local candidates residing in the Shreveport/Bossier City area.
