Do you love bringing order to complexity and building systems that help teams win? Wolfe LLC is looking for a Manager, Sales Operations, to elevate how our sales organization works every day. Reporting to the President, you will guide the processes, insights, and tools that support our Outside Sales and Inside Sales teams as they serve customers and drive growth. In this role, you’ll lead the sales systems, analytics, and support functions that keep our revenue engine running smoothly. You’ll shape how we forecast, how we use our CRM (HubSpot), and how we streamline the workflows that make selling easier and more effective. If you enjoy turning data into clarity, simplifying messy processes, and helping teams work better together, this is the perfect opportunity to make a big impact. This is a collaborative, hands-on leadership role where you will influence how the company operates, champion better practices, and support team members who specialize in CRM administration, reporting, and sales support. This is a 5-day onsite role in Pittsburgh, PA.
