This is a hands-on, hybrid leadership role for someone who can run the day and still sell. You’ll be the person who keeps our operation moving — building the daily schedule, coordinating crews and estimators, and making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time. At the same time, you’re an active part of the sales team: working follow-up, closing jobs, and helping the team price and win work. Selling isn’t the only thing you do, but you have to be able to do it. The core of the job is organization, coordination, and accountability — keeping estimates, schedules, and follow-up from falling through the cracks. We’re a growing residential and commercial roofing and roof-rejuvenation company, and this role is central to how we run.
