Reporting to our GM, the Sales Operations Manager will play a critical role in bridging the gap between the Sales team and Operations at DTC – North America, a global technology leader in secure wireless communications and surveillance systems. Based in our Ashburn office, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, improving systems efficiency, and enabling operational excellence across Salesforce. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you'll act as a key point of contact for sales teams in North America —helping to streamline quoting activities, manage reports and dashboards in Salesforce and help with the SAP transition. You'll also contribute to system improvement projects, playing a hands-on role as a Salesforce Super User and process champion within the business.
