JOB SUMMARY Sales Operations owns sales execution infrastructure and discipline. This role ensures Sales operates inside defined rules, data is clean, forecasts are real, and performance is measurable

Requirements

  • 5–10 years in Sales Ops or RevOps
  • Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.)
  • Experience supporting complex B2B sales
  • Familiar with comp plans and territory models

Responsibilities

  • CRM & Pipeline Discipline
  • Owns deal stage enforcement
  • Ensures required fields, next steps, close dates
  • Prevents stale or manipulated pipeline
  • Forecast & Reporting Support
  • Supports forecast accuracy
  • Maintains pipeline and performance dashboards
  • Ensure consistent definitions and reporting
  • Quotas, Territories & Comp Mechanics
  • Territory setup and maintenance
  • Quota configuration and adjustments
  • Comp plan mechanics and reporting (not design)
  • Sales Performance Visibility
  • Rep activity vs outcomes
  • Stage conversion rates
  • Sales cycle tracking
  • Deal aging analysis
